Personal Statement about Training Program:
As a Focusing professional, contemplative teacher, and soul-oriented human development facilitator, I see my role as supporting people in their ongoing transformative development and awakening, in their healing, and in walking their most authentic path. To me, Focusing is an elegant and potent method for enhancing a personís inner journey, and I enjoy working both in a solely Focusing-based setting and in a setting that combines these perspectives with other inner work, depending on the individualís preferences. Ultimately, my aim with Focusing is to enable people to open to what is emerging within, encounter challenges that arise with the whole of themselves, and integrate the healing and transformational opportunities presented. This facilitates an ever-deepening offering of oneís gifts and purpose in the world and a growing sense of alignment with lifeís continual emergence.
