Personal Statement about Training Program:
I am certified Focusing Teacher of the German Focusing Network FN since 2001. In 1994 I came to know Focusing during a Focusing introductory workshop of GFK (Swiss Institute for Personcentred Therapy, Focusing and Body Psychotherapy). Christiane Geiser (GFK/FN), my first Focusing teacher and later supervisor for certification, became a role model for how to embody Focusing presence. Focusing presence in atmospheres (FPA) has become my main interest. To me FPA is the cornerstone for relating and being in the world. The training programm is influenced by my university studies of Design, Psychology and Educational Sciences with German Philology, Sociology and Philosophy as minor fields of study. All subjects are incorporated in my didactics. There is a special training focus on Wholebody Focusing/Relational Embodiment, Focusing Oriented Expressive Arts and Existential Well-Being.

A Sample of my Work:
The living body, its aroundness and the situational biotope we live in are timeless living fabrics. Focusing on environmental atmospheres helps to make these fabrics perceivible. Our interconnectedness comes into play. Experiences of mutual vulnerability can show up as dimensions of social resilience (Ubuntu Ethics)

Motto: Making space for living fabrics
