Personal Statement about Training Program:
Focusing and the Murky Edge - Towards the Unknown in us

Life is very generously offering us obstacles in order to support our personal development as well as our search for meaning. We are learning about emerging neurotic patterns, which are contributing and maintaining the structure of our personality. An experiential, process-oriented approach will help in facing the known and dealing with the unknown in us. A long journey requires appropriate tools such as attention, mindfulness and focusing. The group will work together towards reframing obstacles into opportunities while studying how to transform suffering into joy, obstacles into opportunities. All end with beginnings.

A Sample of my Work:
Focusing - Constructing the Bridge while walking on it

The pace of our life and daily routines alienate us from the core issues in life: What is life all about? Who I am? These questions and our search for answers are related to self-development. We can trace it back to the ancient Greeks 'Know thyself'. We present our approach as a path towards mindfulness and as a support to find appropriate and tailored answers to the central questions of our live. Our recurring overall appeal, that the 'Next time everything will be different' might be well meant but is not sufficient to reach the desired objectives or paving the way of transformation, when, at the same time we are imprisoned by old patterns of thinking, feeling and acting - thus: reframing obstacles into opportunities, transforming sorrow into joy.
