Personal Statement about Training Program:
I'm a Focusing Oriented Psychotherapist and love teaching Focusing to anyone wanting to become more connected to themselves and more engaged in their lives. In my years teaching Focusing to graduate students in a psychology program and in my clinical work, I've found that Focusing informs the therapist's approach by adding a whole new dimension of attention and engagement to that something that is underneath the symptoms one is suffering, resulting in deeper and more effective healing.
