Personal Statement about Training Program:
Gerard is originally from the North of Ireland, and grew up in Carrickfergus, Co Antrim. He studied Philosophy and Spirituality at All Hallows College, Dublin. He is interested in Spirituality and the journey to discern and discover who we are meant to be in this life. He believes that focusing is one mechanism for helping an individual to find the inner freedom to be themselves.

A Sample of my Work:
What I like about Focusing and Spirituality is its accessibility to Christian and non Christian believer alike. One’s experience of the felt sense or involvement in the focusing process is fundamentally exercising what it means to be spiritual.
