Personal Statement about Training Program:
I have enjoyed practicing and teaching Focusing and psychotherapy for 25 years. Currently I'm pursuing my love of integrating Focusing and mindfulness, Focusing and body work and teaching mind-body psychotherapy to professionals in a holistic health care setting.
